About Course

Who among us hasn’t experienced a shock that caused pain and sadness?

Who among us hasn’t gone through moments where they no longer find pleasure or joy in life, and the world seems narrow?

Who among us hasn’t had their life disturbed, feeling anxious or fearful about what awaits them in the future?

Who among us doesn’t have someone in their family or relatives who suffers from a psychological disorder?

All of this and more may make you one of the people susceptible to developing a mental illness and disorder called depression, which the global health community expects to be the deadliest disease that robs individuals of their lives or happiness. In the world, there are over 30 million people suffering from this disease, and some of them have been so overwhelmed by it that they have resorted to suicide, thinking it is the best solution for their condition.

Depression is not a passing pain or sadness that can be alleviated with a few comforting words. It is more dangerous than that.

Therefore, we must understand the reality of “depression” and learn how to protect ourselves from falling into this illness. How can we identify it and deal with it if we experience it? How can we understand and cope with depression if our children, parents, or life partners are affected by it?

In this course, we provide a comprehensive perspective that gives you knowledge about the reality of depression and how to deal with it. It is a psychological and spiritual journey to handle depressive disorders
